The CHARLIE Award is a trophy that is given to the COAI Clown who best documents and celebrates International Clown Week (August 1-7).

Auntie Swizzle (was a First of Mayer, when receiving the award). A First of Mayer is a clown who is still within their first year of clowning.. Auntie Swizzle worked really hard this week binging smiles and belly giggles to all children and adults she came into contact with. She won this in 2017.
